wow. made me cry, too. i appreciate that you said it's "every wife's worst nightmare" instead of "every military wife's worst nightmare" because you're right, it doesn't matter who you are or what your husband does...i could lose jay tomorrow commuting on the freeway, and it would be my absolute worst nightmare. at the same time, though, my husband doesn't dress in fatigues in 120 degree weather and carry a machine gun while walking in front of a tank...so please know our hearts are with you and then some! hang in there, sweetheart!
